PJC 100.6 Instruction to Jury If Permitted to Separate You are again instructed that it is your duty not to communicate with, or per mit yourselves to be addressed by, any other person about any subject relating to the case. COMMENT When to use. The foregoing instruction is required by Tex. R. Civ. P. 284 “[i]f jurors are permitted to separate before they are released from jury duty, either during the trial or after the case is submitted to them.”
