The earlier of the date of rendition of the order or the date of the signing of a mediated or collaborative law settlement agreement on which the order is based should be substituted for DATE . Include this additional instruction. PJC 215.15 (geographic restriction on child’s primary residence) should be used with this submission. If change of existing geographic restriction is sought. The instruction and questions as worded in PJC 217.8A and 217.8B above are appropriate only for circum stances in which modification is sought to establish a geographic restriction where the existing order does not impose one.
