Forgery

QUESTION ______ Was the document dated DATE forged? A document is forged if a person signs the document so that it purports to be the act of another who did not authorize the act. (in context of will contest, stating that “[t]he act of forgery is defined as altering, making, completing, executing, or authenticating a writ ing so that it purports to be the act of another who did not authorize that act”).
