Attorney’s Fees—Guardianship—Application
QUESTION 1 Did APPLICANT act in good faith and for just cause in the filing and prose cution of the application for appointment of a guardian of the person of PRO POSED WARD ? “Good faith” means an action that is prompted by honesty of intention or a reasonable belief that the action was probably correct. “For just cause” means that the actions were based on reasonable grounds and there was a fair and honest cause or reason for the actions.
